Fluoroplastic high-temperature cable extrusion line
Industry solution

High-temperature Industrial Cable

150 °C cross-linked compounds and fluoropolymer / engineering-plastic options with high-temperature extrusion lines for industrial cables.

Application background

What this application demands

Industrial and process environments expose cables to sustained heat, chemicals and mechanical stress. LSZH supplies 150 °C cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free compounds, together with high-temperature fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA) and engineering-plastic (PEEK) options and the fluoroplastic and high-temperature extrusion lines to process them.

Sustained high temperature

Continuous service at 150 °C and above — into the fluoropolymer range beyond 200 °C — without loss of mechanical or electrical performance.

Chemical and oil resistance

Process plants, ovens and machinery expose cables to oils, solvents and aggressive chemicals that the insulation must withstand.

Electrical stability at temperature

Insulation resistance and dielectric strength must remain stable as temperature rises, for reliable signal and power transmission.

Flame and safety

Low-smoke halogen-free grades reduce smoke and corrosive gas where industrial cables run through occupied or sensitive areas.

Recommended materials

Compounds for this application

HZD2820-L and HZD2820-G provide 150 °C low-smoke halogen-free insulation. For higher temperatures and chemical resistance, our extended FEP / PFA / PEEK category is available; specific grade availability and datasheets are confirmed per project.
