Overview
HZD8250 is an extrusion-grade thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) with a 75 Shore A hardness. It offers excellent extrusion behaviour, compression set recovery, slip and abrasion resistance, and strong colourability, while meeting RoHS, REACH and halogen-free requirements. Easy to process and recyclable, it is used for cable over-sheathing and door / window sealing strips.

Processing guidance
- Drying
- 80 °C for 1–2 h
- Barrel rear / middle / front
- 170–190 / 180–200 / 190–210 °C
- Nozzle temperature
- 190–210 °C
- Maximum processing temperature

- Note
- Purge with PE or PP before and after running; avoid long residence at high temperature.
